BIO
Over 25 years experience as a captain in the maritime field, specializing in tugs and towing with experience in marine salvage, crew transfer, research, sailing yachts, passenger vessels, high speed and excursion/expedition vessels. Operated on all oceans internationally and domestically. Based in the Northeast of the USA. Recency or familiarity with every major and most minor ports in the US from Eastern Canada, including the St. Lawrence Seaway to the Panama Canal and the west coast.
Proven record of success and safety in delivering, by barge, millions of tons of project cargo and materials for major stakeholders and government entities. Supported major marine infrastructure and offshore construction projects (cable laying, dredging, HDD, pile driving, pipeline, mooring and anchor handling etc. Operated and delivered yachts, and pleasure craft worldwide including trans-Atlantic and trans-Pacific.
